Alexis and Troy arrived home on Tuesday night. I can say I was so excited to see them, I haven't seen Troy since August. I made a special dinner, there favorite dish, chicken francais. We had such a nice time sitting around the dinner table like old times telling are stories, laughing together. Those are the times I miss. After dinner Alexis had some of her friends over. I love these kids, they are like my own. We enjoyed catching up. They stayed till the wee hours of the morning chatting. Stephen firing up his omega 2000 Shake machine, making the kids there favorite flavor. Chocolate always seems to be the winner. Tomorrow we will celebrate Troys 22nd, I can't believe it.

3rd year anniversary
It's been 3 years since my dad's passing. Each year my mom celebrates his life with a mass and a luncheon to follow. This year we had fabulous food catered by Tesoro here in Guilderland. The chicken parm, sausage & peppers, homemade bread and Italian salad were superb. We like to keep it local. My brother and sister in law are here for the holiday and Amy, John and the kids came from boston. Unfortunately my kids were unable to get home do to there busy school load. It was a nice day just sitting around reminiscing, watching football and enjoying family time.

We miss you dad !
3 years ago today we loss the most wonderful man, Dad you could ever ask for. We love you and miss you everyday ! But we know you stand beside us, I feel your presence.
RIP
Many years ago we had a friend and neighbor. They moved away, we tried to keep in touch as much as possible. With busy lives we drifted apart. But at this very sad time we send our condolences it's very difficult to lose a child. I thank God every day for our blessings. RIP Kevin.
I have been so extremely busy I know I know I haven't been posting very much. I thought when I became an empty Nester that things would slow down, but I think my life just got busier. The kids are doing great Troy just finished his last dental interview at Tufts. Now we wait and hear from all the schools, we should hear from them sometime the beginning of December. Alexis has been very busy at school with papers, projects and cooking classes. She was home a couple weeks ago due to some health issues but she's feeling much better now. I have started to get ready for the holidays which just adds to the chaos. How we love this time of the year Christmas is a very special time in our family. Today is my dad's third anniversary of his passing, my mom is having a celebration this Sunday at mass, followed by a luncheon. My brother Michael and his wife Jackie are flying in tomorrow for Thanksgiving and the luncheon for my dad. Unfortunately the kids cannot attend Troy having a busy weekend ahead and then coming home on Tuesday. Alexis is also extremely busy trying to get everything done before she comes home on Tuesday for Thanksgiving. We can't wait to see these two, hard to believe that Troy will become 22 this Wednesday. We will be celebrating his birthday Friday with the family before he has to head back on Saturday. I will post some random pics that have been taken over the months enjoy !
