Alexis' 18th Birthday Family Celebration !
We celebrated Alexis ' birthday on Memorial Day weekend, due to the fact that we are crazy busy every weekend after that. We had a lovely day of sunshine, except for the high winds which made the day feel cool. We enjoyed lots of goodies for our appetizers, I made my famous chicken wing nacho surprise, and a delicious taco dip that everyone seem to enjoy since there was nothing left. We enjoyed having 5 different specialty pizzas and Stephen tossed salad with his delicious homemade dressing. Of course we celebrated with a beautiful white cake with buttercream frosting from Coccadots that Alexis designed herself, and some chocolate cupcakes for those chocolate lovers. It was a wonderful day spent with family, so blessed to have everyone so close to us, well almost everyone. Those of you that weren't here we know you were in spirit. This will be the last as we stop having birthday party's at 18. Kinda bittersweet, I so enjoy having them. Can't believe my baby girl is going to be 18, love you and so proud of the fine young women that you have become.

Once again
We open the pool this past weekend, and to our surprise our stairs were cracked again this year. Needless to say we were not very happy to find this. We called our friend Bill from Titan fiberglass, and he did come immediately. He was able to repair the stairs, we're just keeping our fingers crossed for next year. The last two winters have been very harsh, and the ice has been an issue with our pool. Hoping that this will be the last time and not a every year occurrence.
It's Official...
It's finally official, that Alexis chose Plattsburgh State to spend the next four years. She will be in their business program magering in hotel management and event planning. She hopes To get a internship with Disney. We are so proud of the young lady that Alexis has become. I can't even believe that the years have flown by, my baby girl will be going to college. It will be So weird not to have anybody home just Stephen and I and of course the B. We will miss her !
