Saturday night we went to a friends Halloween party. She was well decorated for the party. Our good friend lives in Cobleskill, she is a vice president to the college. We met some wonderful professors and the president of the college. We had a fabulous time. She lives in a old three-story Victorian home right in town
. These types of homes have so much character, I just love all the woodwork.

Moms 84th Birthday
Mom's birthday was Thursday and we celebrated it on Friday with family. It was so nice to get everyone together. We enjoyed some delicious pizza, Stephens famous salad and Chocolate cream and Apple pies. She enjoyed spending time with her grand children and great grand children. My mom is doing very well, she is still living in her townhouse and driving. She is still volunteering at St. Peter's hospital every week.

Window Washing
It's a great day to get the windows cleaned. Inside and out. I love it when they sparkle clean, and we take the screens out, the house looks so much brighter.

Parents Weekend at Boston College
Troy is having an amazing school year. Being a RA has connected him with wonderful new friends and still some old. He is taking different classes this semester and taking some that are a little out of his field. What is so nice about the school is there diversity. They encourage them to take some classes that are completely out of sequence. He is taking a business class and a economics class, and enjoying them. He is still cochairman of the relay for life program, and this week he will be meeting with the prime minister of Greece to discuss The Middle East. Now if you know Troy you know that this is totally out of his league, but again they're encouraged to do things that are completely out of their element. Troy is the least political person you'll ever come across, he's actually looking forward to it. Troy is still co president of the Greek club this year, although he did tell us that he will be doing none of this next year, he plans on having a very easy senior year. We hope to see him again in a few more weeks he might be coming home for a weekend, can't wait he always brings a smile to our faces.
